Feature-Tec Passed ISO 9001 Inspection

From 21 to 22 July, quality management system assessment experts came to Feature-Tec for the ISO 9001 <<Quality Management System>> recertification audit.

For the audit, departmental leaders cooperate closely to provide required information in accordance to the inspectors’ requirements, and answer questions from the panel.

Through a two-day audit, the inspectors and Feature-Tec leaders agreed on the significance of having a quality management system such as setting clear policy objectives and resource allocation. After recommending some pointers to be implemented, Feature-Tec has passed the recertification audit.

This recertification audit has affirmed Feature-Tec’s quality management system. We will continue to offer high-quality products as we move towards our next milestones.
