Feature-Tec carried out a series of 5S activity

Feature-Tec carried out a series of 5S activities in our HQ and branch offices aimed at increasing our production efficiency and on-time delivery performance, for our customers.

5S started in Japan, comprising of Structure, Systematise, Sanitise, Standardise and Self-discipline, and is an effective management method to manage processes.

Chaired by Special Advisor Naito Yoshio, the activity greatly improved our office and production environment by standardizing Feature-Tec's business procedure. Through safe production, efficient operation and lowered cost, increased efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction.

In the future, we will continue to carry out this strategy, run through our production and management, focus on having visual order, organization, cleanliness and standardization. At the same time, add SAFETY, SAVE, SERVICE, SHIKOKU, to do our best to reduce breakdowns, guarantee quality, lower production cost, improve profitability, efficiency, service and safety.
