Control: manual: manually start the mechanism and manually switch. Automatic: electric open points timing control and differential pressure control in two ways, using timing control, equipped with microcomputer timer switch, can implement automatic cleaning sewage according to the requirements of setting time; When the pressure difference control is adopted, the differential pressure controller is installed. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value (generally 0.04MPa), automatic cleaning and discharging can be realized without manual operation. At this time, the discharge valve shall be installed with an electric drain valve, and the flow guide valve shall be connected with the electric discharge valve.
The automatic backwash filtration system consists of a high quality carbon steel cylinder, a special stainless steel wedge filter, a water flow guide valve and a discharge device. All valves may be manual or electrically operated.
Equipment selection: the equipment specification is generally determined according to the nominal size of the system pipeline, that is, the nominal size of the device's entrance and exit is the same as the nominal size of the system pipe; The maximum flow in the specification parameter table is calculated according to the flow rate of 2.8m/s. The design flow is calculated according to the flow rate of 1.5m/s. The maximum flow rate is the amount of traffic that is allowed to pass in a short period of time. Design flow and the filtration coefficient, the data in the table are selected according to the filtration coefficient of 3.5-4, such as filter coefficient decreases, and the design flow rate should be reduced, such as the filtering accuracy increase, the design flow rate increases, but shall not exceed the maximum flow. When the design flow of the equipment fails to meet the requirements of the system design, the specification of the equipment should be increased until it is satisfied.
